If a return is approved at our discretion, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please ensure all order details (size, color, customization, and shipping address) are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors made at checkout.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.
